High-Intensity Program

We program our classes for the fittest athletes on earth all the way to someone who has never stepped foot into a gym. We have professional athletes working out next to 70-year-old grandparents with knee replacements and everything in between. This 60-minute class is modified to your specific needs. We warm-up, train strength, skill, conditioning and cool down together daily. Using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, wall balls, rowers, bikes, and bodyweight exercises we at QTF will keep your fitness regimen varied, fun, and most importantly scaled to your personal needs.

Prep Course

Prep Course is a three-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and a coach will shadow you through your first 3 classes. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!
